Doctoral Research

Ethics

This study received approval from the University of Ottawa Research Ethics Board, ensuring that all procedures met ethical standards for the protection, safety, and confidentiality of participants.

Informed Consent

Informed consent materials were designed to provide clear, accessible information about the study, including confidentiality protections, voluntary participation, and available support resources.

Consent Form

Participants reviewed and electronically agreed to a detailed consent form outlining the purpose of the study, participation requirements, potential risks, and their right to withdraw at any time.

Projects

Data were collected through an anonymous online survey that prioritized participant privacy and safety; the survey is now closed as the project has concluded.
